Our team has 50+ years of marketing and event activation experience.

 

We have worked extensively with distributors across the country, including Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits, Republic National Distributing Company, Andrews, Silver Eagle, Opici, Capital Wright and many, many more.

 

Our agency has had the pleasure to work with over 4,200 brands both small and large, local, regional and national. Talent Tree's client list includes Constellation, William Grant, Sazerac, Modelo, Corona, Rodney Strong, E&J Gallo, Treasury America, Dulce Vida, Robert Mondavi and Proximo. 

Founder & CEO

Priscilla Reich

Priscilla started in the beverage industry 17 years ago and never looked back.  At her first agency she learned the ropes the hard way, by trial and error.  Knowing this was her new passion, she started up two agencies.  In 2010 she started Talent Tree Agency; she is the Founder & CEO.  At Talent Tree she also created and built a custom event management platform, ECOS.  This was the first technology in the industry to have 24-hour and on-site check-ins for the Brand Ambassador’s.  Talent Tree is nationwide and has a 98% client retention rate!  Enough about business, Priscilla’s priority is her two daughters, Zoey and Vivian.  If there’s any time left in her world she loves to cook, wine, nature, beaches, fall, coffee and hanging with family and friends.

Cait

National Event Director

Cait Harney

Cait is our resident rockstar, she makes it all happen.  She graduated from TWU in 2013 with a BS in Nutrition.  While in college, Cait worked at Talent Tree as a Brand Ambassador, after graduation she joined the company full time, working her way from an admin position all the way to National Event Director.  Her favorite thing about working at Talent Tree has been working with unique brands and being a pivotal part in their growth while watching it all happen from the ground up.  When she’s not overseeing thousands of events, she finds time for concerts, outdoor sports activities, thrifting, house projects or Glamping.  Her downtime is her most valuable where she hangs with her husband, Shaun and little boy, Liam, while enjoying a nice cocktail or cooking up something yummy in the kitchen.

Director of Business Development

Liesl Middleton

Liesl is a marketing veteran that started her career in the sports and telecommunications industry with Fox Sports and then DIRECTV.  She joined the beverage industry in 2005 managing on and off premise tasting programs and she’s still at it!  In the past 17 years, experiential marketing has come a long way in the beer and wine & spirits category and she has been a part of it all from agency start-ups to managing a national-wine sampling program for Pernod Ricard to cutting edge event management technologies.  She’s also a Member of Women of the Vine & Spirits (WOTVS). When she’s not working from her home office, you can find her power walking in the park.  Other than that, she’s wife to her darling husband, Riley, dog mom, Glamma and smoothie addict.

Diego Favala

Diego Favela booking manager

Diego brings our agency 17 years of Experiential marketing experience from staffing to program management, recruiting and training.  His favorite projects include national management of programs such as Mike’s Hard Lemonade. When staffing gets rough, we call in Diego to find just the right person for the brand.  When he’s not working, he enjoys craft beer on a patio, his dogs and gaming.

Ina started out as one of our Junior Marketing Assistants, was quickly promoted to Account Coordinator and got her second promotion as Booking Manager within one year. Her favorite thing about her job is learning about the industry and doing lots of different things.  She graduated from the University of North Texas in Spring 2023 as a Communications major. Her hobbies are reading and going out with friends.

Demi has a unique eye for selecting vibrant promotional staff. She is responsible for processing new hires, and service examination. Due to her previous experience with education, she specializes in organizational development and training. One of her main goals is to foster an environment that values diversity, employee development and professionalism, while maintaining a dedicated focus on organizational effectiveness in customer service. Can’t forget to mention she is Alumni of Texas Woman’s University!

Hayley Butler

Haley Butler - Administrative Assistant_

Hayley is our administrative guru.  She deals with all things Comdata, Recaps, and Warehouse related. Before joining Talent Tree, she was a Corporate Paralegal. She’s married, has two boys and two giant dogs and yes; they all keep her on her toes.  When not working, Hayley can be found reading a book with a glass of wine by her side. Otherwise, she can be found doing anything outside no matter the temperature, but she prefers the snow.

Natahliah has been in client services since she was 16, she loves helping people, and it shows!  Providing support and being the backbone in all her relationships, whether personal or professional is something she is great at.  We call on her to support us in every area of our business.  In her free time, she is a personal trainer and likes to spend time outdoors with her 3 pit bulls.

Our Brand Ambassador team is our product at Talent Tree.  They represent not only our feet on the street, super sales people and lead generators, but they are the heartbeat of our agency. 

 

Our network of BA’s is vast reaching from Boston to San Diego and the Florida Keys to Seattle. We can count on them to come through for our clients pre-planned events or last minute product pick ups. 

 

We’ve been building this team for over 13 years and consider them to be the brightest and shiniest stars in the Brand Ambassador world.
