These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to websites, online services, portals, communications, and technology operated by Talent Tree Agency LLC ("Talent Tree Agency," "TTA," "we," "us," or "our"), including our public website and our proprietary ECOS platform.

Because TTA serves different audiences, certain sections apply specifically to website visitors, prospective and current clients, or prospective and current Brand Ambassadors ("BAs").

Terms of Service

About Talent Tree Agency

Talent Tree Agency provides experiential marketing staffing and event execution services for brands, suppliers, agencies, distributors, and other business clients.

TTA also maintains a network of Brand Ambassadors. Prospective Brand Ambassadors may submit a Talent Application, and those approved to join TTA's talent network may create and maintain a Talent Profile and receive event opportunities.

Website Visitors & General Inquiries

Visitors may use our website to learn about Talent Tree Agency, our services, capabilities, event staffing, and business opportunities.

Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes. Visiting our website or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, create a client, employment, contractor, partnership, or other contractual relationship with TTA.

General inquiries may be directed to info@ttagency.com.

For Brand Ambassadors (BAs)

Brand Ambassador Applications, Talent Profiles & Talent Login

Prospective Brand Ambassadors may submit a Talent Application to Talent Tree Agency. Brand Ambassadors who are approved to join TTA's talent network may subsequently create and maintain a Talent Profile through TTA's ECOS platform.

A Talent Profile may contain information used to administer the Brand Ambassador's relationship with TTA and facilitate event opportunities, including contact information, relevant experience, profile materials, availability and event preferences, government-issued identification, electronic agreements and acknowledgments, event booking information, event-related communications, recap information, and payment, tax, or administrative information where applicable.

TTA may also collect information through communications, event activity, and related operational processes.

Talent Login

Brand Ambassadors with a Talent Profile may access and maintain their information through TTA's secure Talent Login.

The Talent Login is intended for use by the individual associated with the Talent Profile. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for keeping information submitted through their account accurate and current. Login credentials should not be shared with another individual.

Questions concerning a Talent Application or Talent Profile should be directed to profiles@ttagency.com.

Government Identification & Agreements

Brand Ambassadors who are approved to join TTA's talent network may be required to provide government-issued identification and complete electronic agreements, acknowledgments, policies, releases, or other documentation as part of their Talent Profile and onboarding process.

TTA may collect and maintain this documentation for identity verification, eligibility, compliance, payment administration, event requirements, and other legitimate business or operational purposes.

Government-issued identification and other non-public Talent Profile documentation are not intended for public display.

Event Opportunities & Bookings

Approval to TTA's talent network and maintaining a Talent Profile do not guarantee that a Brand Ambassador will receive or be selected for any particular event opportunity.

Event opportunities may vary based on client requirements, geography, scheduling, relevant experience, event specifications, availability, and other legitimate operational considerations.

Acceptance of an event opportunity may be subject to additional event details, agreements, policies, or requirements presented to the BA.

Questions concerning event opportunities, bookings, scheduling, or active events should be directed to bookings@ttagency.com.

Brand Ambassador SMS & Text Communications

Brand Ambassadors who are approved to join TTA's talent network may be asked to provide consent to receive SMS/text communications as part of their Talent Profile, agreements, or onboarding documentation. Brand Ambassadors who provide such consent may receive text messages from Talent Tree Agency concerning event staffing and operational matters, including:

• Event opportunities and availability requests
• Booking communications
• Event confirmations
• Scheduling
• Event locations and instructions
• Event changes or cancellations
• Event reminders
• Event support
• Talent Profile or administrative matters related to event participation

Message frequency varies based on event activity and will not exceed 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS/text messages.

Reply HELP for assistance.

For assistance with event bookings or SMS communications, contact bookings@ttagency.com.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of maintaining a Talent Profile with Talent Tree Agency.

Opting out of SMS communications does not automatically delete or deactivate a Talent Profile.

After opting out, an individual may request to resume SMS communications by providing consent again through an available TTA process.

TTA's Brand Ambassador messaging program is intended for staffing, event operations, account support, and related communications and is not a consumer advertising or promotional text-messaging program.

For Clients

Current & Prospective Clients

Current and prospective clients may contact Talent Tree Agency regarding experiential marketing staffing, event execution, program support, pricing, coverage, or other agency services.

Client engagements may be subject to separate agreements, scopes of work, rate sheets, program requirements, payment terms, or other documentation.

General client and business inquiries may be directed to info@ttagency.com.

Client Login

Authorized clients may be provided access to TTA's secure Client Login.

The Client Login is separate from the Brand Ambassador Talent Login and is intended for authorized client business purposes, including access to agreements and associated documentation.

Client users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and limiting account access to authorized individuals.

Client Agreements & Electronic Acceptance

TTA may provide agreements, terms, acknowledgments, or other business documentation electronically, including through the Client Login.

Where permitted by applicable law, electronic acceptance, acknowledgment, or signature may have the same force and effect as acceptance or signature using another authorized method.

ECOS

ECOS is Talent Tree Agency's proprietary technology platform used to support agency operations, including Talent Profiles, event operations, authorized client functions, agreements, communications, reporting, and related administrative functions.

Different users may have access to different ECOS features and information. A Brand Ambassador's access and information are not the same as a client's access and information. Access to ECOS, the Talent Login, Client Login, or another TTA system does not authorize a user to access accounts, documents, information, or functionality belonging to another individual or organization.

Talent Tree Agency's website content, ECOS technology, branding, graphics, materials, processes, and other proprietary content may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, contractual, or other applicable rights. Access to TTA websites or systems does not transfer ownership of TTA intellectual property.

TTA may use third-party technology and service providers to support portions of our website, communications, payment administration, electronic agreements, hosting, analytics, security, and other business functions.

Certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Availability & Changes

TTA may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of its websites, portals, systems, or functionality as business and technology needs change.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every website, portal, or system function.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Talent Tree Agency is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting solely from the use of or inability to access its public website or online systems. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
